Cyber Monday @ Free Range

These days, November not only symbolizes Thanksgiving, turkeys, tofurkeys, and more turkeys. The end of the month also heralds in a whirlwind of prime shopping days, when customers can make away with incredible bargains. The three magical days I speak of are: Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and Cyber Monday.

Cyber Monday first took off in 2005, riding the wave of online shopping’s growing popularity. The name, as New York Times reporter Michael Barbaro wrote, “grew out of the observation that millions of otherwise productive working Americans… were returning to high-speed Internet connections at work on Monday and buying what they liked.”

The newer shopping day attracts customers by offering the same sorts of deals as Black Friday with the added bonus of buying from the comfort of an office chair or – for the remote workers among us – from home. A few differences between the two days offered by The Mirror are that while Black Friday is still the best day to save on technology and kitchenware, Cyber Monday is better for small retailers and clothing, especially shoes.

Adobe Digital Insights predicts that 2017 will be the first year to break $100 billion in online sales. This is largely because Cyber Monday is expected to be such a big day to buy, exceeding even Black Friday in online sales.

So if you’re ready to jump on the buying bandwagon, consider looking at Free Range Office as for discounts on your business or work life. On Cyber Monday, we’re offering 20% off meetings. But we’ll also be offering deals all weekend; you can get 20% off on events on Black Friday and a free gift when you sign up for a coworking membership on Small Business Saturday. Make sure to sign up for the newsletter on the Free Range website to get the promo codes so you can cash in on our deals, which can be found at the shop page.
