Small Business Week at Free Range
As a woman owned and operated small business, Free Range Office is always excited when Small Business Week rolls around each year. Small Business Week may not be on everyone’s radar, so what is it and why should you care?
According to the Small Business Administration (SBA), National Small Business Week recognizes the critical contributions of America's entrepreneurs and small business owners. This year, the SBA will host a series of live chats that anyone can stream, present awards to many small business owners and contractors, and travel the country hosting events. The SBA is not the only organization that hosts events, you can find events run across the country. Small Businesses across the nation help keep the economy balanced, and places money into the pockets of our neighbors and community. Participating in small business week can help educate you on what it takes to run a small business, as well as tips and tricks to become successful.
If you’d like to participate, here are some local Chicago events happening during Small Business Week
