  1. Daily Goals Know the plan for your day before it arrives. This helps curb distractions. Set simple goals for the day, and then accomplish them

  2. Stop Multitasking “Humans don’t really multitask,” concluded Eyal Ophir, the primary researcher on a groundbreaking Stanford University Multitasking study released back in 2009. Research conducted that multitasking is less productive than doing a single thing at a time. When you try to do two things at once, your brain lacks the capacity to perform both tasks successfully. Our brains are actually switching between tasks extremely quickly. Ophir explains that these people are often working toward a different goal of juggling focus to make sure they don’t miss anything.
